Granoro-Italy has launched a new range of gluten-free pasta, available in five basic ingredients made with corn, rice and quinoa flour, made for those suffering from celiac, lupus and gluten allergy which require them not to eat gluten-containing foods.
Granoro has chosen a mixture of corn flour (white and yellow), rice flour and quinoa flour. This balanced mixture produces a product that is very similar to conventional pasta in terms of color, taste and consistency, offering gluten-free choices that are just as delicious as regular wheat pasta.
