Unis Gluten Free is a local company that produces gluten free flour and noodles. The facilities they have are gluten free, not combined with other products, so the products produced are 100% gluten free.

Because Unis is a stable product, it can be used as a substitute for ordinary flour in any recipe according to the type of flour, adding about 15-20% of the mass of flour.
